DJ MR SPARKLE
One of Brisbane's hardest working party starters, engineering all manner of social interaction in rooms big and small, DJ Mr Sparkle seeks to create a convivial atmosphere through funky,
soulful goodness and superbly spun tunes of gold.

Taking on any party situation, Sparkles' backs himself with a lifetime of interaction with music, calling on influences such as a music teaching mum, early years of soul and funk immersion and roller skating discos, through to the Manchester sounds of the 90's, acid jazz and old school hip hop. All the while incubating an interest in the emerging rave, house and club sounds of the time.
For over ten years, Sparkles has been a mainstay at the best of Brisbane's club rotations, taking on The Met, Zuri, The Family, Press Club, The Wickham, Uber, GPO, Main Squeeze, Monastery and Jorge amongst many others.

Then in the warmer months, Sparkles fills his days with outings such as Summerfieldayze, the legendary BBQ Breaks, Future Music Festival, Parklife and the like, performing as a DJ and also under various guises, including DUBS… the down under beatmasters, his live band collective incorporating some of Brisbane's all star musicians.

DIZZY J (Guitar & Vocals)

Dizzy J is a rock legend around Brisbane. Whether performing solo, duo or as a three piece,
Dizzy J is the covers master!

Having held residencies at The Victory, The Exchange, The Melbourne, The Paddo and the Mermaid Beach Tavern, Dizzy J has a world of experience to deliver.

Also as a member of the DUBS, Dizzy J has crossed over into the world of electronica and he likes what he has seen, having been a part of DUBS Summafieldayze and the Future Music Festivals 2010 and 2011.

Versatile is Dizzy J's middle name and he's Sparkle A+E's premium live artist!

MR PINK (Keys)

Our very own piano man, Mr Pink is a seasoned veteran of the Brisbane music scene.

Having played everything from piano bars, through to the big name festivals over the years,
Mr Pink is the master of the keys and plays on Rhodes or Roland Keytar depending on the gig and how he's feeling that day!!

An original member of DUBS, Mr Pink will produce the skills that have placed him at the forefront of Spakle A+E's artist pool.

Sharif D is the man with the golden sax!! He's one of the best saxophonists in South East Queensland and will shake the life out of your next event!

LEON WENSLEY (Percussion)

As the most qualified of all our artists, Leon in the brass king!

Playing tenor sax and flute as well as keys and who knows what else, Leon is an awesome musician and a great performer.

Conservatorium qualified and a full time music teacher, Leon juggles gigs across the State and is a delight to listen to when he's in full swing.

Also a member of DUBS and appearing in bands such as Swing Central and Oz Horns, Leon is Sparkle A+E's music aficionado!

MICK BURRILL (Percussion)

One of the wildest percussionists around, Mick is the party master and has a quick set of hands on the skins and with a deck of cards!

A favourite for his showmanship and prowess behind the congas and bongos, Mick is the man to get your party shaking.

Mick jams with the DUBS and you'll also find him around banging his trade at Brisbane's best venues including Zuri in the Valley Precinct.

STEPHAN ELMOSNINO (Percussion)

Nino Live is not only one of the hottest percussionists in the State, he's also an accomplished DJ and Producer.

His latest productions have already had chart success such as a #1 on DjTunes.com top100 and #1 on Safari Music chart (Beatport). Also working under the alias "Stark Lion" as a collaboration with Australian producer Pretension, more big news are on the cards: remixes for Princess Superstar, JTX, and releases on major dance compilations such as Godskitchen 3D.

Like most artists, Nino Live cut his teeth playing in rock bands. But when he discovered electronic music, things really started to take off.
